= I’m exhausted! xD
Breakfast = Boiled oatmeal with some sliced ham and soymilk.
Lunch = 2 chicken sausages with chick peas, cucumber and sliced egg plant in omelet.
Dinner = I ate like 6-7 spring rolls (my cheat dinner because it’s friday ^_^) and half a donut. It was really delicious but I have to eat clean tomorrow and work even harder at the gym!
This is what my body looks like at the moment. My main reasons is because I want to change my habits and have a new lifestyle. Eating clean, proper weight training, cardio training and abdominal training = achieve my goals. I don’t really want to lose weight but I definitely want to lose body fat and look toned, fit and most of all healthy!
I’m 168 cm tall and my current weight is 58,8 kg. My body fat is around 23,3% and abs’ll show around 18% BF and it is also my goal to achieve it! I WILL NOT GIVE UP because this isn’t about being fit just for the summer because I want to be proud of myself! Watch me reac my dream!

I believe in taking care of myself if you want to look fit and getting in shape. Eating clean, do proper cardio, proper weight training and abdominal training. If you leave one of these behind you will not achieve your goal. There are NO shortcut for freshness.
